Since 2007 we produce the direct laser gravure (DLE) on seamless and non-seamless elastomer flexo printing forms and rollers.

Our location in the close neighborhood with the biggest elastomer sleeve producers (Böttcher 0,1km and Ligum 250km) brings us advantages in immediate access to raw materials.
We deliver around 3600 sleeves and rollers per year.
High tech precision laser technology
We have the availability of four modern laser machines with a total 7 separate laser units, including CO2 and YAG LASERs, in a CO2, HYBRID, and TWINFLEX SYSTEM.
Our technology is able to reach the resolution of 5080dpi and lineature 210 lpi
We engrave into rollers and sleeves with a diameter of less than 60mm and max. up to 420mm, max. length of sleeve/rollers over 3300 mm, max. length of gravure 3100mm.
